1. Services
Postbox Consultancy Services provides email deliverability consulting, including but not limited to deliverability audits, email authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI), cold email infrastructure, mailbox warmup, email list cleaning, ongoing deliverability management, and related advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in the proposal or contract agreed between you and us before work begins.
2. Quotes and Payment
Fees are quoted per engagement and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed in writing, invoices are payable as specified in the engagement agreement. Engagements contracted through Upwork are additionally governed by Upwork's terms of service and payment protection framework.
3. Client Responsibilities
Delivery of the Services depends on timely access to relevant systems and information, which may include DNS records, email service provider accounts, sending logs, and postmaster tools. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant such access, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to use our recommendations and any infrastructure we configure only for lawful sending that complies with applicable anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL) and the policies of your mailbox and service providers.
4. No Guarantee of Specific Results
Email deliverability is influenced by factors outside any consultant's control, including mailbox provider algorithms, recipient engagement, and your sending practices. While we apply industry best practices and our professional experience, we do not guarantee specific inbox placement rates, open rates, or revenue outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
Reports, documentation, and configurations delivered to you as part of an engagement become yours on full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methodologies, tools, templates, and know-how. Content published on the Website, including articles and guides, is owned by Postbox Consultancy Services and may not be reproduced without permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all non-public information you share with us during an engagement as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. Case studies are published only in anonymized or composite form unless you give written consent to be named.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Postbox Consultancy Services arising out of or related to an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
8. Third-Party Tools and Links
The Website and our reports may reference third-party tools and services (for example, ESPs, testing tools, or monitoring platforms). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party services, and referencing them does not imply endorsement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the date of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
